Dear Coldwell Banker:
I have never been a big fan of realtors; in fact I would rather go see the dentist. I, from experience, have always felt that they only have their own best interest and commissions at heart. That is until now.
I have a very extreme schedule and never know from one week to the next which town or state I am going to be in. I stopped in here to ask about the local housing market, as my wife and I will be moving here upon the sale of our house.
I met Trudy Huber. This lady is a true professional. She impressed me from the outset. I have chosen her as our realtor because she does not know the meaning of halfway. I have set some very strict guidelines on the kind of house my wife and I are looking for. As such, I expected very limited results. I was wrong. Trudy has given me choice after choice of houses that are right on or very close. She meets my limited time off at every opportunity with little or no advance notice. She anticipates my questions and has answers, before I can ask them, (maybe she has a part-time with the psychic network?)
Most importantly, I am not a million dollar home buyer, yet she treats me like I am. She always talks to me, and not down to me like others have in the past. If I don’t understand some real estate jargon, she explains it. She also has taught me some things about what I am looking at, even though it may cause me to say “no” to that particular property. To me “truth in advertising”, and integrity are very important.
Trudy represents Coldwell in an exemplarary manner, and has restored my faith in realtors enough that dentist are back at the bottom of my list of least favorite people to be around.
Thank you for your time but….we have more houses to go look at!
